FleetKey Fuel Management System

FleetKey is a special version of the Series 1000 and utilizes a smart key for system access. FleetKey offers accountability, security, and control for Fleet Systems.

The durable key is ideal for harsh environments and fits conveniently on the vehicle key ring. An embedded microchip in the key is encoded with driver and/or vehicle ID information.

The system checks odometer entries against the last odometer stored on the key to help ensure accurate odometer entries. Since the system writes the accepted odometer reading back to the key with every transaction, the latest odometer reading always travels with the key.

Besides standard Series 1000 features, FleetKey offers options for expanded users (up to 100,000) and maintenance due reminders on the reader display.

24-hour access and control of your fleet, including users, quantity, and product types.
Reports all fuel usage data, including reasonable odometer check, MPG calculation, maintenance due reminders, and tank gauge interface.
