215A & 216A Series Satellite

Models 215A and 216A satellite dispensers provide the advantage of offering a remote hose outlet on the opposite side of the fueling lane for quickly and easily fueling vehicles with saddle tanks. Connected to auxiliary piping from the master dispenser, fuel usage through the satellite registers on the master dispenser, and fuel usage through the satellite registers on the master dispenser.

Applications

215A Series: For use with standard or high speed remote dispensers equipped with satellite piping option. Gasboy models 9152AX, 9153AX, 9852AX, & 9853AX, or other manufacturers’ retail or fleet dispensers.
216A Series: For use with super speed models equipped with satellite piping option. Gasboy models 9140AX, 9840AX, 9850A, & 9850AX, or other manufacturers’ retail or fleet dispensers.

Models

Front Nozzle Models: Nozzle boot is located in center of front panel. Lift-to-start” hook. This configuration simplifies the identification of which satellite belongs to which master dispenser. High Speed - 215A–Z; super speed - 216A-Z
Side Nozzle Models: Nozzle boot is located in side panel. Pivoting on/off lever. More economical configuration. High speed - 215A; super speed: 216A

Stanford features

Cabinet: Finish - Painted white, or specify color, with black base. Construction: All exterior panels constructed from carbon steel sheet with fully alloyed iron-zinc coating on both sides for exceptional rust resistance. Nozzle boot & on/off switch: Integral nozzle boot forces satellite to be turned off to hang up nozzle.
Solenoid valve: 215A Series - 1” (2.5 cm) two-stage solenoid valve. 216A Series - 1½”(3.8 cm) two-stage solenoid valve.
Discharge: 215A Series - 1” (2.5 cm) NPT, female threads. 216A Series - 1” (2.5 cm) NPT, female threads. Removal of the 1¼” x 1” (3.2 cm x 2.5 cm) reducing bushing creates a 1¼” (3.2 cm) female-threaded discharge.
Hose: 1” x 12’ (2.5 cm x 3.7m) hardwall hose.
Voltage & frequency: 115VAC, 60 Hz. 230VAC 50/60 Hz optional.
Union connection: 1 ½” (3.8 cm) NPT. Unions provided.
Maximum working pressure: 50 psi.
Actual dimensions: 45½”H x 18 3/8”W x 14¼”D - Note: On Front Nozzle Models, nozzle boot extends 6” (15 cm) from cabinet front. Allow an additional 4” (10 cm) for the nozzle.
Packaging dimensions: Front Nozzle Models - 51”H x 27”W x 24”D (130 cm x 69 cm x 61 cm); Side Nozzle Models - 48”H x 26”W x 17”D (122 cm x 66 cm x 43 cm)
Approvals: UL listed. CSA certified.

Options (Note: The option’s model number suffix is shown in quotes within the parentheses; e.g., model number 216A-SS indicates it is equipped with stainless steel panels.)

Stainless steel panels (“SS”): Provide extra durable exterior finish. 230VAC 50/60 HZ power (“2”) provides compatibility with 230VAC, 50, or 60 HZ, power source.
Lowered nozzle hook (“N”): Lowers nozzle hook to fit Richards Mark XII L nozzle.

External filter kits: Help ensure product purity. Single element (up to 30 gpm/113 lpm) and dual element (up to 50 GPM/188 LPM) kits. Includes adapter, element(s), and pipe fittings. Single Kits - Standard Element (032754), Hydrosorb Element (032755); Dual Kits - Standard Elements (032752), Hydrosorb Elements (032753).
Vapor recovery (032112): Includes vapor recovery nozzle, nozzle boot, hook, coaxial hose, breakaway, splitter, connection hose, and high hose retractor. For balanced system.
High hose retractor: Keeps hose out of vehicle lane when idle and eases hose handling during fueling. Includes support post (032678) and spring reel kit with hose clamp (for 1” std. hose - 032669).
Other accessories: Automatic nozzles, breakaway connectors, swivels, special length hose, and shear valves.
